Paul Janka covers a lot of ground in this short book: style, logistics, appearance, attraction, dating, sex, philosophy, etc.

Otherwise, the book gave me two limiting beliefs: (1) meeting girls on the street at night is bad, (2) going to bars and clubs to meet girls is bad. Thankfully, I've worked myself out of these beliefs and I now approach during the daytime, nighttime, at bars, clubs, coffee shops, etc.

I'd recommend reading this book for the practical tips on how to set up your apartment, h

I'd recommend reading this book for the practical tips on how to set up your apartment, how to look the part, and a few very strong key concepts that will be bolded such as setting strong terms and being somewhat unavailable and scarce to women.

This book was okay, but there seems like common sense tips discussed. This book is okay for someone to start off in the game. The author does discuss how the game can come down to being a numbers game. What I would have liked more is when what to say in as many scenarios as possible. But I feel if there is any one tip that can be learned that can make a difference in closing out the deal than it is knowledge that is well worth it!

Janka's theory (Or Janka Theory as coined by a buddy and I) is incredibly brilliant in its innovativeness and simplicity. His unconventional and often counter-intuitive techniques are unprecedented and a must see for the unaware male. This short read is worth a thousand fold your investment if interested in the topic. Good reading that resonate a lot!
Not exactly what I want now in life, but it will improve any interaction implementing few of the changes explained.

Very illustrative description in classic Janka style. The guy caught my attention with his sincerity, groundedness and his analytic approach to everything. Having listened to hundreds of his interviews and read all his bibliography I can tell you - there's not a single inconsistency I've found in his work. I trust his experience. He's always very informative and helpful. We're actually FB friends now.
Interestingly even several years after having read his book, I still look at it as a bible of th Very illustrative description in classic Janka style. Interestingly even several years after having read his book, I still look at it as a bible of the absolute basics. It boils down to a dozen or so practical tips, but it is truly lasting knowledge and a great addition to the Men's Library. Very, very good book. Highly recommended! ...more
